Job Summary:

Norse Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Director to join our Estates Team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership, management, and direction to our property professionals and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide robust performance management of the team.
  • Work in conjunction with clients to develop, implement, and monitor property strategies in accordance with their corporate plans.
  • Provide proactive and responsive strategic advice to clients on all property issues.
  • Meet business growth targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Effectively maintain existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in an Estates related discipline.
  • Significant relevant experience with at least 10 years post qualification.
  • Previous experience in managing a Team and/or management responsibilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
