Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Goods Specialist to join our team at Hermès. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, developing strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new releases and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and events, helping to promote our brand and products.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • A strong understanding of luxury goods and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of productivity and meet sales targets.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
