Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants and bars, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant and bar staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
- Assist with menu planning and implementation, ensuring that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all food and beverage areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control food and labor costs, ensuring that our operations are profitable and efficient.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty, through effective communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front office, to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant and bar management, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
