Supervisor Role
As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our shop when the Manager is not present.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensuring the shop is well-stocked and merchandised to meet customer needs
- Managing day-to-day operations to achieve business objectives
We serve our customers across various channels, including in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
