About the RoleThis role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, coordinating debt collection activities, and ensuring smooth operation processes are adhered to. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in credit control and insurance premium collections.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with onsite Product Towers, Broker partners, and offshore back-office operations to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Resolve integration issues with other teams and provide status reporting against schedules.
- Coordinate reviews, internal/external/on-site/offshore, as necessary, and lead interactions with identified onsite/offshore Collections leads.
- Prepare deliverables to satisfy premium collection requirements and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration.
- Coach and develop offshore team members, ensuring they have necessary education and training.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivots, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in creating PowerPoint reports.
- Credit Control experience, with a good understanding of Insurance business and reconciliation guidelines.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance, with willingness to travel when necessary.
