Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our dedicated maintenance team at a prestigious commercial facility in Cheshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical planned and reactive maintenance across building services plant, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PPM and reactive electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems
  • Conduct lighting and emergency lighting checks to ensure compliance and safety
  • Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
  • Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible, overlapping with Mechanical, HVAC, and fabric teams as needed
  • Perform electrical small works and lifecycle repairs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
  • Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
  • Plant room experience
  • Fixed wire testing qualified and experience
  • 18th edition
  • Client-facing skills
