As a Personal Care Assistant with Constance Care Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live safely and independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, and providing companionship, all within a structured care plan tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, working closely with a dedicated care team to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate loneliness and isolation. Manage medications and assist with daily living tasks, ensuring clients' safety and well-being at all times.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. While previous experience in social care is not necessary, you must be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit care team. A willingness to follow individual care plans and adapt to changing client needs is essential.
