About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team within a busy manufacturing facility. As a key member of the night team, you will be responsible for completing planned and preventative maintenance tasks, as well as driving continuous improvements and reliability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Recognised Engineering Qualification, equivalent to a HNC/HND/ONC, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or time-served apprentice
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Food or FMCG Manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Electrical and Mechanical repairs
