Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle daily checks of your allocated HGV Class 2/7.5t /3.5t vehicle
- Ensuring the vehicle is equipped with all the relevant specialist equipment required for the day's operation
- Lifting and packing a range of office furniture, soft furnishings, hardware, and fine art
- Taking goods in or out of storage
- Lifting and moving loads in excess of 25kg
- Ensuring the highest of standards are met when on site
- Responsible for your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of your colleagues
- Delivering excellent customer care and service
- Working as an integral team member during larger specialist projects, including laboratory and executive office relocations
- Complying with all company and health and safety procedures
What We Offer:
As a Class 2 Driver with Johnsons1871, you'll receive a competitive starting day rate of £130-£140, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including an Employee Discount Scheme, Healthcare, and Death in Service cover after 3 months. Additionally, you'll receive 23+8 days' holiday.
