We are looking for an exceptional problem-solver who can deliver outstanding customer experiences to join our team as a Problem-Solving Advisor for Challenge-TRG Recruitment based in the UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, representing Challenge-TRG Recruitment, and collaborating with diverse teams to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Job Description:
As a Problem-Solving Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Representing Challenge-TRG Recruitment and ensuring all communications reflect its brand and values.
- Collaborating with different departments to resolve customer queries promptly and personally.
- Maintaining clear, accurate records to facilitate effective problem-solving and track customer service success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- To deal effectively with all manner of customer queries and complaints.
- To act as the voice of Challenge-TRG Recruitment, ensuring all communication is aligned with our branding and ideals.
- To collaborate with many different departments in order to resolve a customer's query in a timely, personable manner.
- Create and maintain clear relevant records enabling us to problem solve effectively for our customers and track our success in doing so.

Shifts and Pay:
- Monday to Friday, working every other Saturday
- Mid-week mornings: 8 AM to 4 PM
- Mid-week afternoons: 12 PM to 8 PM
- Saturday shift: 9 AM to 4 PM
- Sunday shift: 10 AM to 5 PM
- Pay rate of £26,430 per year
