Job Description

As a Sales Experience Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing world-class service to our customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to ensure a premium brand experience.
  • Assisting retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
  • Supporting various store departments, including operating cash registers, managing inventory, and building visual displays.
  • Informing customers about Nike products and services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service and/or retail experience.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
