What You'll Do
As a Homecare Companion with Alina Homecare in Chelmsford, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to our clients. Your duties may include:
- Companionship – building a friendly relationship with our clients
- Personal Care – assisting with daily living activities such as washing and dressing
- Medication Reminders – helping clients take their medication as prescribed
- Mealtimes – preparing and serving healthy meals
- Housework – maintaining a clean and tidy living environment
- Errands – accompanying clients on shopping trips and other outings
- Mobility Support – assisting clients with mobility issues
What You'll Need
We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who are able to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. You will need to be willing to learn and take on new challenges, as well as possess good communication skills.
As a Homecare Companion, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Where You'll Work
You will be working in your local area, but may also be required to travel to clients' homes across the South of England.
