Mathematics Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher of Maths to join one of our esteemed partner secondary schools in the area.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Hold a PGCE and UK QTS
  • Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater to all student ability ranges
  • Maintain discipline
  • Lesson planning and overseeing parents' evenings
  • Be enthusiastic, flexible, creative, and ambitious
  • Have a passion for teaching secondary Maths
  • Deliver Maths lessons to groups of pupils from all abilities across ages 11 - 18 according to their educational needs and levels of ability

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential
  • Experience: Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary level is preferred, though highly motivated newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply
  • Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for teaching
