About The Role
Job Opportunity: Site Manager - Building Division

Location: Kent, South East
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Oversee site safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor progress against project plans and schedules, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues proactively.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Manage site documentation, including permits, drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimise site performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant construction-related qualifications or certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) preferred.
