Cardiac Services Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Physiologist to join our team as a Cardiac Services Manager/Principal Cardiac Physiologist. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our elective cardiology service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Cardiology Service, including capacity and demand, patient issues, and non-clinical support staff.
- Support consultants and clinical team members, including dealing with queries and managing clinical activity.
- Participate in the provision of cardiac procedures in the outpatient setting, including ECHO accreditation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service delivery.
Requirements
- Professional accreditation with BSE and/or HRUK/IBHRE.
- Experience in managing a team, including staff management, clinical activity, and communication across disciplines.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage the team.
