A career opportunity has arisen for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Finance team in Edinburgh. This role will be responsible for providing financial management support to the Group functions with an annual spend in excess of £30m.

The ideal candidate will have a professional financial qualification, such as CA, CIMA, or ACC, and excellent working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Business Central, and PowerBI. They should also possess a customer-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to self-motivate and strive for high performance.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will work closely with the Executive Team member responsible for each function, as well as the wider organization, to ensure accurate reporting of overhead costs, precise budget preparation, and effective implementation and monitoring of cost optimization programs.

In this role, you will provide FP&A support to the AAB Group/Central Functions, including IT, Finance, Marketing, People and Culture, Operational Support, and the Central function. You will also develop and support reporting of contribution across the group, ensuring robust processes for recharging specific overheads back to revenue-generating business units.

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
