Core Roster Option: Plan your work-life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 13 weeks in advance, giving you ample time to plan time with your family and friends.
Area: Freezer
Description:
Picking and packing frozen items for customer orders into totes. High standards and great care are essential to delight our customers. Full freezer gear is provided, as you will be working in temperatures up to -25°.
Nights Shifts:
18:00 - 06:00
Salary: £12.97 up to £19.51 per hour with our premiums and overtime rate
Starting rate - £12.97 per hour (basic rate £11.87 £1.10 freezer premium)
Night shift premium (between the hours of midnight and 6am) - plus £2.94 per hour
Performance-based incentives available when targets are met
Overtime rate at x 1.25
