Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to drive sales growth and foster robust customer relationships in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for strategically growing sales within an existing portfolio of key accounts, crafting individual customer plans to generate additional sales in a highly competitive market, and building and lasting customer relationships. You will also be expected to demonstrate a proactive and can-do attitude towards achieving sales targets, collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and seize market opportunities, and participate in occasional Head Office work and overnight stays as necessary.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Food Produce or FMCG sector. A proven track record of success in sales, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for this position.
