About the Role:

You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualised support and implement strategies that promote positive behaviour and wellbeing. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Implementing strategies and interventions to support the social and emotional development of students.
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to address specific needs.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitoring and assessing the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of behaviour support plans.
