We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Seacroft Green, a beautiful care home in a fantastic location. As a Nurse Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality person-centered care and working closely with our care teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing person-centered care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records, adhering to company policies, NMC guidelines, and GDPR legislation.
  • Leading and supervising a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
  • Carrying out staff appraisals and providing coaching and development opportunities to support staff growth and success.
  • Ensuring the correct skill mix is maintained on each shift and that medication is administered and recorded correctly.
  • Promoting a culture of excellence and encouraging residents to participate in activities that enhance their quality of life and wellbeing.
  • Assuming responsibility for the Home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with external multidisciplinary teams.

About You

We are looking for a qualified nurse with experience in delivering person-centered care. You will be empathetic, friendly, and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. As a natural leader, you will have a track record of motivating teams and achieving outstanding results.

You will be comfortable taking responsibility and remain calm under pressure. As a team player, you will be outstanding in your own field and have a strong respect for your colleagues.
