Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support within our main reception area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling telephone inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
Experience in a GP practice is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

- Providing administrative support to the practice team
- Handling patient inquiries and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
