We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Ridgewood Court Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with their medication, meal times, and social activities
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration
