We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Key Stage One Teacher to join our school community in Bedfordshire. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a talented and enthusiastic team of staff who have established a creative and supportive culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Key Stage One, promoting academic excellence and fostering a love of learning. Key Responsibilities:

  • To teach and plan engaging lessons for students in Key Stage One, covering various subjects and topics.
  • To assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted strategies to support individual needs.
  • To contribute to the development of curriculum materials, resources, and assessment tools.
  • To maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas.

  • A good understanding of the National Curriculum and key stage one educational requirements.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A passion for education, child development, and continuous improvement.
  • An enthusiasm for technology-enhanced learning and using digital tools to support teaching and learning.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
