Commercial Sales Operations Lead

As a Senior Sales Compensation Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and profitability at Robert Bosch Group. In this position, you will oversee the commercial activities for defined directed-buy Tier customers, focusing on OEM business. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth business operations with these accounts, including sales reporting, logistics coordination, special sales tracking, price and contract negotiations, and other commercial related topics.

Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience working in a commercial sales role in the automotive or mobility space, with a focus on semiconductors and sensor components
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and globally
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
