Project Management Tutor

Our client, a renowned Training Provider in Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Project Management Tutor to join their team.
This esteemed Training Provider has a rich history of delivering high-quality content to over 20,000 learners, and we're looking for someone to help them achieve even greater success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Apprenticeship in Project Management Level 4 and short courses, providing expert guidance and support to learners.
- Assess and evaluate learner progress, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Manage a caseload of learners, providing online and in-person support throughout their Apprenticeship.
- Develop and deliver effective training and assessment strategies, tailored to individual learner needs.
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager and team to drive high-quality delivery and achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Hold a Project Management-related qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, or similar.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing projects, with a strong understanding of Project Management principles.
- Be confident in Maths, English, and IT skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Demonstrate a clear commitment to achieving results and improving performance.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team, delivering Project Management qualifications to learners across the region. You will be required to deliver onsite workshops at their training centre in West Berkshire, with occasional travel to learners.
