We are seeking an experienced Aquatic Education Professional to join our team at Messiah College. As a Swimming Instructor, you will play a critical role in teaching children how to swim and promoting water safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach swim lessons to children between 3 and 17 years old.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate with parents regarding scheduling conflicts.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to advance student progress and achieve program goals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience teaching children aged 3-17 years old.
- Knowledge of water safety and swimming techniques.
- A competitive swimming background or Water Safety Instructor certification is preferred.
Benefits:
- $45,000 - $55,000 per year salary.
- Part-time position, averaging 20 hours per week.
