Job Title: Contracts Manager - Timber Frame Specialist

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance

Location: North East England

Sector: Timber Frame

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at ARV Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of timber frame projects across the North East of England.

Your background working within the timber frame sector is essential, as you will be expected to liaise with clients on any technical issues and queries regarding the timber frame kits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple sites across the North East region
  • Liaise with clients on technical issues and queries
  • Communicate effectively across all levels
  • Hold strong sub contract management experience
  • Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & CPCS Appointed Persons
  • Travel across the North East region for sites
