About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tesco Colleague at our Hythe Langdown Lawn store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store standards
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and welcoming shopping environment
