Job Title: Chilled Coding Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chilled Coding Supervisor to oversee the chilled coding process and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the chilled coding process and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor product standards and maintain a sound knowledge of quality control programs.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to and challenge any individual who is not working to these standards.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times by staff in the chilled coding department.
  • Take a daily register of staff and pass it to the Chilled Coding Manager.
  • Respond to first aid incidents and accidents in a timely manner.
  • Perform manual handling tasks up to 20kg.
