About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Implementation Lead to join our team at TUI Group. As a key member of our Global Purchasing function, you will play a pivotal role in driving our transformational journey, simplifying and enhancing how our Hotel Partners work with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed implementation plans for user groups and impacted teams, ensuring key milestones and business activities are clearly understood.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive implementation approach is adopted and deadlines are met on time and within budget.
  • Maintain an implementation risk and issues log, escalating to the Head of Transformational Strategy and Business Design when necessary.
  • Work with impacted teams to ensure they have clear business readiness acceptance criteria, set up logistics are understood, and support is available from the point of implementation.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation training approach, plan, and delivery effectiveness in collaboration with other transformation and Business Process owners.
  • Manage the overall communication approach, plan, and stakeholder management, maintaining a robust stakeholder engagement plan.
  • Facilitate successful change management by establishing a common change impact assessment and readiness approach.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, coaching, supporting, and providing continuous feedback to the transformation team and business.
  • Coordinate post-go-live support to ensure users have 'hyper care' for a period and that any issues are quickly understood and rectified.
Requirements
  • Experience of leading and delivering successful international organizational change programs.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong relationship and networking skills, able to effectively influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • An authentic, credible leader of people with gravitas and a passion to drive improvements in our business.
  • Pragmatic and organized, able to adapt to manage complexity and ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong team player with the ability to challenge, provide leadership, and effectively coach others.
  • Articulate, engaging, excellent active listening skills, and inspiring communication skills in English.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Power Automate, Viso, and Miro.
  • Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
