Academic Professional: Animal Science Educator

This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our progressive Animal Management and Equine team at Bridgwater & Taunton College. As a Higher Education Lecturer: Animal Science, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences to students from level 3-6. You will work closely with the Course Leader to manage and develop degree programmes, ensuring academic quality and student progression.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal management, conservation, and ecology, with experience in the sector. You will be expected to design and deliver innovative teaching approaches, support academic skills, and supervise level 6 dissertation projects. Additionally, you will contribute to research opportunities and innovation with industry partners, fostering collaboration with students and employers.
