About the Role

This role involves supporting the development of pricing strategies for the personal loans business unit during a period of significant growth.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Pricing Management: The successful candidate will continually review the effectiveness of pricing across multiple products, channels, and partners.
  • Optimising Commercial Levers: They will effectively optimise commercial levers to ensure profitability and fair value.
  • Implementing Price Changes: Operating within a framework of authority, they will deliver price changes within prescribed mandates.
  • Risk Management: Ensuring that pricing is appropriate for each customer segment by working with Risk to understand expected risk by channel, partner, and customer segment.
  • Daily Performance Monitoring: Daily performance monitoring of relevant KPIs.
  • Mitigating Risks: Identifying and mitigating risks while adhering to appropriate controls and processes to meet both internal and regulatory requirements.
