Job Title: Conservation Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conservation Management Specialist to join our team at Eden Brown. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for environmental conservation and management.

About the Role:
This role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive nature conservation strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to create partnerships for conservation initiatives, and managing and monitoring field projects to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. You will also lead and mentor a team of conservation specialists and volunteers, conducting research and surveys to assess habitat conditions and wildlife populations. Additionally, you will initiate public education campaigns to raise awareness about conservation issues and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and funding agencies.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in environmental science, conservation biology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in conservation management or similar roles. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in project management and strategic planning are also essential. Knowledge of relevant environmental laws and regulations, as well as the ability to work in diverse environments and adapt to changing conditions, are also required.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
