Educational Psychologist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at EdEx, a leading provider of education services. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Psychology to students and contributing to the development of our Social Sciences department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Psychology, with a degree and A-levels in the subject. They will also have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining it. Experience as a Psychology teacher is essential, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating students.
The salary for this role is £32,571-£50,135 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a potential TLR (Teaching and Learning Responsibility) allowance, which can range from £2,000 to £10,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Teach Psychology to students, including KS4 Coordinator and Pastoral Responsibility roles.
- Contribute to the development of our Social Sciences department, working closely with colleagues to achieve excellent Progress 8 results.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including bespoke ECT induction and training programs.
