Job Title: SEN Cover Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced SEN cover supervisor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a cover supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering lessons to pupils with complex needs, including autism.

Job Summary:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to pupils with complex needs
  • Work in a supportive and dedicated school environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils
Responsibilities:
  • Teach lessons to pupils with complex needs, including autism
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of individual pupils
  • Assess pupil progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
  • Previous experience working with SEND children
  • Minimum of three months UK residency
  • Previous experience delivering lessons and leading classes
