Job Summary:

About the Role:

  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Architecture team.

Requirements:

  • Significant post-Part 3 experience in project management, preferably in the Healthcare or Commercial sectors.
  • ARB registration and RIBA membership.
  • Excellent technical skills, including Revit proficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Local to the Stockport area.
