Desborough, United Kingdom Pertemps Network Group Full time

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for our employees.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of preventative maintenance schedules, liaising with health and safety consultants, and conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with the latest regulations. You will also be required to project manage contractors, tender for quotes, conduct risk assessments, and develop timelines and internal communication plans.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of improving office and warehouse environments. HSE qualifications are an added advantage, although training can be provided. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for managing two distribution centres.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing service level improvements to reduce response times
  • Liaising with health and safety consultants on changes in policy
  • Conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure site compliance
  • Project managing contractors and tendering for quotes

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a full driving license is required due to the need to travel between sites. If you have strong project management skills, a flexible approach to work, and a passion for improving workplace environments, we encourage you to apply.
