About the Seasonal Sales Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our retail environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be energetic and outgoing, and have a strong ability to acquire knowledge of our products and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, providing information about products, and facilitating sales to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing product information and advice to customers
  • Greeting customers warmly and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Packing products on shelves and maintaining a tidy store environment
  • Informing customers about sales and discounts
  • Communicating effectively with customers about goods and services
  • Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies
  • Operating the cash register and scanner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Advisor or in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of inventory control and stockroom management
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification

The role will include full training and support to ensure success in the position. The successful candidate will be required to work weekends and weekdays, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
