Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized PMO Analyst to join our team at DigX. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting projects from start to finish, leveraging your analytical skills and experience to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee project activities, ensuring alignment with established PMO processes and standards.
  2. Maintain high delivery standards and ensure clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project.
  3. Identify and resolve risks and issues promptly to keep projects on track and within scope.
  4. Actively participate in key meetings, including Project Reviews and Change Advisory Boards, providing valuable insights and updates.
  5. Help coordinate project tasks and activities, managing any necessary escalations efficiently.
  6. Enhance and innovate PMO processes, ensuring strict adherence to IT Governance Controls and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

We are looking for a proactive and driven PMO Analyst with over two years of experience in PMO or a related field. You should be passionate about learning and staying organized in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
