Care Professional Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you'll assist with personal care, manage medications, and support clients with daily activities such as shopping and meal preparation.
You don't need any prior social care experience to apply; we're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient, flexible, and willing to learn new skills as part of a supportive team. We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
In exchange for your commitment and passion, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12-£12.50, depending on experience, plus 16p mileage. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, death in service payment, and access to our benefits and well-being platform.
