Job Title: Financial Data Analyst

Beavertown Brewery is seeking a skilled Financial Data Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining our financial data systems, extracting, loading, and transforming data, and building data capability across the finance team.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain our financial data systems, including Power BI and Anaplan.
  • Extract, load, and transform data to support business decision-making.
  • Build data capability across the finance team by creating data models and providing training and support.
  • Design and implement data analysis and data collection processes to deliver key objectives and provide insights that drive decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock new reporting metrics and improve efficiency.
  • Advocate for and drive forward a data culture at Beavertown Brewery.
  • Project lead for future developments relating to data conversion and data translation accuracy.
  • Quickly adapt to new systems, technologies, and ways of working to produce quality data and analysis.


Requirements:


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and practical experience with financial modeling.
  • Data expertise with finance-related tech tools.
  • Power Query, SQL, and business intelligence tools understanding and knowledge.
  • Easily collaborate with stakeholders and get buy-in for data-driven decisions.
  • Experience translating data into insights that support decision-making.
  • Highly logical approach with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Committed team player with a focus on continuous improvement.
