Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker at our Whitehaven service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness to achieve their goals and live independently.

You will work closely with our customers to develop their independence, assisting them with practical daily living tasks, and supporting them to access external services and agencies. Your enthusiasm and dedication will be key in helping our customers achieve their aspirations and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with daily living tasks to promote independence
  • Run activities in the service to encourage customer interaction and skill development
  • Support customers to access external services and build support networks
  • Liaise with external agencies to provide comprehensive support
Requirements
