Job Title: IFA Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified individual to join our team as an IFA Support in Newbury.

The salary for this role is £28,000-£32,000 per annum.

This hybrid position involves working closely with the Paraplanner and Administrators, providing exceptional administration services to existing and potential new customers.

Foster strong relationships with clients and providers to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Process new business applications promptly, liaising with clients and providers to ensure timely and compliant resolutions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, adhering to company procedures.

Conduct thorough research on products and providers, utilizing industry tools and the Firm's Investment Process to inform advisers.

Prepare and deliver compliant client annual review reports and suitability reports in a timely manner.

To be successful, you should be working towards the Level 4 Diploma qualification; support and training will be provided by the firm.
