Role Overview

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care and advice to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care and advice to patients across various departments, including the pre-assessment clinic, outpatient department, ward, and theatres.
  • Act as the trusted Medicines Management Lead for our hospital, ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to provide expert advice and support in the management of patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce medication errors.

Requirements

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Proven post-qualification experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and clinical staff.

Our Hospital
