HR Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the HR Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Effectively filter and manage email inboxes, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely responses.
- Provide administrative support for event planning, ensuring seamless execution.
- Offer assistance to other Directors/Executives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with the team of PAs to achieve maximum efficiency.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask.
- Effective time management skills, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who is adaptable, flexible, and proactive.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
