Clinical Care Lead

We are seeking an experienced Peripatetic Nurse Manager to join our team, covering 14 care homes in London, Kent, and the South West. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supporting two divisions and maintaining regional contact for each care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine visits to care homes as directed by Divisional Directors.
- Oversee the effective delivery of the medicine administration process in line with our care management of medicines policy.
- Ensure staff members receive mandatory and required training courses to maintain skills, knowledge, and competency levels.
- Provide support and assistance to staff members, delegating duties as appropriate.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and working knowledge of legislation and regulatory frameworks.
- Flexible and willing to travel and work a variety of shifts, including occasional weekend shifts.
