About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Property Services Coordinator to join our team at Cluttons LLP. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a designated portfolio of residential properties.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lettings and property management, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with our branch team to prepare properties for new tenancies and renewal of tenancies, as well as supervise tenants' maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

  1. Undertake the day-to-day management of a designated portfolio of residential properties.
  2. Prepare properties for new tenancies and renewal of tenancies, working closely with the branch team.
  3. Supervise tenants' maintenance requests, including liaising with contractors and ensuring that all health and safety audit documentation is up to date.
  4. Visit properties at least twice a year, completing an inspection report and recording information on health and safety matters.
  5. Arrange payment for service charge and ground rent invoices.
  6. Maintain partnerships with suppliers and contractors to ensure best pricing and quality service.

Requirements

  • Lettings property management experience is essential.
  • A proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
