Job Summary

Community Diagnostic Centres

We are seeking pioneering and innovative MRI Radiographers to join our team and experience a new way of delivering a varied workload in our Community Diagnostic Centres.

As an MRI Radiographer, you will be responsible for managing daily workload, scanning community patients for MRI, and ensuring high standards of patient care and high-quality images.

You will be employed by Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and will work in conjunction with our Mobile MRI service. You will be supported with training and pastoral support from our trust.

In the future, your role may include responsibilities at various sites across the region, and you will be required to work on call.

Main Duties of the Job

Managing daily workload and scanning community patients for MRI

Ensuring high standards of patient care and high-quality images

Working in conjunction with our Mobile MRI service

Supporting training and pastoral support from our trust

Working on call in the future

Requirements

BSc or DCR(R) in Diagnostic Radiography

Post-graduate qualification in imaging required for band 7

Previous MRI experience is essential for band 7 section manager and specialist Radiographer posts

A relocation package will be available for applicants outside the region
