Job Title: Graduate Tutor

Are you a recent psychology graduate looking to launch your career in education? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Tutor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Graduate Tutor, you will play a key role in supporting young people with SEN and SEMH needs to achieve academic success and personal growth.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic chance to develop your teaching skills and experience in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized learning plans for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, their families, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of support services

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to challenges
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive package of benefits including sick pay, holiday pay, maternity and paternity leave, and professional development opportunities.
