Geo Environmental Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our team in Winchester, supporting the wider Geo-Environmental UK team on projects for major clients such as Rolls Royce, F1, and MOD.
As a Geo-Environmental Engineer, you will be involved in all technical phases of projects, including desk studies, ground investigations, land quality assessments, and remediation strategy design. You will also work with civil and structural engineers to recommend and design geotechnical foundations.
To be successful in this role, you will have a 1st degree in geology, engineering geology, geotechnics, or a related geo-science, and experience in the UK completing phase 1 & 2 site investigations, logging soil & rock samples, and site monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct desk studies and walkovers to identify potential site issues.
- Lead ground investigations and land quality assessments to inform project decisions.
- Design and implement remediation strategies to mitigate environmental risks.
- Collaborate with civil and structural engineers to recommend and design geotechnical foundations.
